I’m Zayed, a data scientist and AI practitioner based in the United States. At Happy Returns, I deliver data-driven insights and machine-learning models that guide logistics strategy and improve reverse-logistics forecasting.

Earlier, I conducted NASA- and NSF-funded research in federated learning and advanced machine-learning architectures and taught game programming, programming principles, and data structures as a visiting instructor at Georgia Southern University.

Beyond work, I enjoy hiking mountain trails, playing soccer, and discovering new places with family and friends.
